- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, green onions, egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in a Crockpot.
- Pour sweet chili sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, let meatballs marinate in the sweet chili sauce for a few hours before cooking.
