Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, green onions, egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in a Crockpot.
  4. Pour sweet chili sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, let meatballs marinate in the sweet chili sauce for a few hours before cooking.
