4 oz salami

4 oz smoked turkey slices

4 oz cheddar cheese

4 oz brie cheese

4 oz gouda cheese

4 oz goat cheese

Assorted crackers

1 baguette, sliced

1 cup grapes

1 cup figs, halved

1 apple, sliced

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

1/2 cup pecans

1/2 cup almonds

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp fig jam

Fresh rosemary sprigs

Mini pumpkins

Fresh cranberries

Instructions

1. Choose a large wooden or marble board.

2. Place cheeses in different corners of the board.

3. Add folded or rolled meats around cheeses.

4. Fill in spaces with crackers and bread.

5. Scatter grapes, figs, apples, nuts, and pomegranate seeds.

6. Add small bowls of honey and fig jam.

7. Decorate with rosemary, cranberries, and mini pumpkins.

Notes

Use seasonal fruits for freshness and color.
