- 1 can of tuna, drained

- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 large whole grain tortillas or wraps
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce or spinach (optional)
- Tomato slices (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas or wraps.
- Divide the tuna mixture evenly between the wraps.
- Top with shredded cheese, and add lettuce and tomato slices if desired.
- Roll up the wraps tightly and slice in half.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for meal prep.
Notes
Use whole grain or spinach wraps for added nutrition. Experiment with different types of cheese for a unique flavor. If you like it warm, consider toasting the wraps in a skillet after rolling them up.
