Ingredients

2 cups cooked turkey (shredded or ground)

3 cups broccoli florets

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

½ cup mayonnaise

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs

Instructions

1. Steam or microwave broccoli until tender.

2. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch dish.

3. Mix soup, mayo, half the cheese, and seasonings in a bowl.

4. Fold in turkey and broccoli.

5. Spread mixture into baking dish and top with remaining cheese and crumbs.

6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

You can use cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom.
