- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 lb Ground Sausage (cooked and crumbled)
- Jalapeños (optional)
- 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- Seasoning (garlic powder, paprika, salt)
Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). While it’s heating, grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Cook the Sausage: In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar. Stir until smooth.
- Add the Flavor: Fold in the cooked sausage, diced jalapeños, chopped tomatoes, and your choice of seasonings. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Assemble and Bake: Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish. Sprinkle a little extra shredded cheese on top for that golden, bubbly finish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
