- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 cup M&M’s
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend this into the creamy mixture.
- Stir in the crushed Oreos and M&M’s until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
