- 1 medium whole cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric (optional for color)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for garnish)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Trim the leaves and stem of the cauliflower, keeping the head intact. Rinse and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet. Brush the entire head generously with the olive oil mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Roast for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and tender when pierced with a knife.
- Garnish with Parmesan and parsley before serving.
