Ingredients

  • 1 medium whole cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric (optional for color)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Trim the leaves and stem of the cauliflower, keeping the head intact. Rinse and pat dry.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet. Brush the entire head generously with the olive oil mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  • Roast for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and tender when pierced with a knife.
  • Garnish with Parmesan and parsley before serving.
